While at Trans Queer Pueblo, we often talked about how each project was essentially it’s own organization. The amount of resources, events, activities and/or trainings that each project lead can be overwhelming to remember, but once we put them down on paper we were able to see:

1.) Who was in charge of supporting community with a specific resource (thus allowing us to directly navigate people to the correct Director rather than guessing).

2.) A zoomed out, panoramic overview of everything we do at Trans Queer Pueblo, so that new members could easily identify with whatever project most interested them.

3.) Provides members with the numbers and emails of all the directors of projects so that we can be more accessible to our community.

Throughout my time at Trans Queer Pueblo I also worked to try and develop “branding” for each of the projects.
